Custom Orders & Proof Approval

For personalized designs:

  • You will receive a proof (if applicable) to review before production

  • It is your responsibility to carefully check all details, including spelling, dates, and layout

  • Approval of your proof is considered final

Once approved, we cannot guarantee changes or corrections.

Production & Timing

  • Production timelines vary depending on the item and level of customization

  • Custom work may require additional time for design and revisions

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays

Digital Products

For any digital downloads:

  • Files are licensed for personal use only

  • They may not be shared, resold, or redistributed

  • Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable

Returns & Refunds

  • Custom and personalized items are final sale

  • Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days, provided they are unused and in original condition

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged or defective

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and content are the property of LoveLight Paper.

This includes:

  • Invitation designs

  • Templates

  • Graphics and branding elements

These may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoveLight Paper is not liable for:

  • Errors approved during the proofing process

  • Shipping delays outside of our control

  • Indirect or incidental damages related to product use or site access
